No sharing, no waiting. The primary has a King bed, the second a Queen, and the third a Twin-over-Full bunk bed. Every room has a 4K smart TV with streaming. Perfect for families or groups who need space and privacy. 🍳 A fully stocked kitchen that guests rave about — everything from a coffee maker to cast iron, spices, oils, and all the basics you'd want for cooking real meals at home. 🐾 Dog-friendly! The small fenced backyard is perfect for quick potty breaks. CARE - Please treat Casa del Sole with respect. Leave it as you found it and follow the simple checkout instructions before you leave. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES - You will be asked to leave if you violate this house rule. Quiet time starts at 10:00PM. No exceptions. Certain events are allowed but must be approved in advance. COOKING - Cooking strong-smelling foods like fish fry that may leave lingering smells in the house is not allowed. REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY - Only registered guests are allowed on premises (6 maximum). You must be 25 years old to reserve the house, and one member of the party over 25 must be at the house for the entire stay. PETS - Small/medium dog breeds (50 lbs or less, max 2) are welcome upon approval. A $35 pet fee per stay will apply. Larger dogs are only allowed if registered service animals (registration proof required). Dogs must be house trained, pest-free, not allowed on furniture and kept in a crate when left alone/unattended. PARKING - The driveway at the front of the property has TWO dedicated parking spaces for cars or trucks (not suitable for trailers or longer vehicles). Additional free street parking is available nearby, if needed. Parking is not allowed behind the property, in between our property and our neighbors, or in our neighbors parking spaces. SMALL CHILDREN - Small children are welcome and we do provide a baby chair and a Pack n' Play. If you are planning to bring small children you are responsible for their safety and you will need to bring any necessary safety gear, like gates, cribs, outlet covers, etc. INTERNET - Your stay includes fair use of wifi and high-speed internet access. Use of the internet to access illegal sites or to download copyrighted material is strictly prohibited. RULE VIOLATIONS - You will be responsible to any damages to the property, including the cost for replacing any permanently stained/ruined bedding and towels.
